HOW TO APPLY FOR TIMUN

To participate in the Tanzania International Model United Nations Conference is a privilege given to all young people given that one is eligible and has passed through some few application steps.
There are SIX simple steps to be done for one to be regarded as an applicant for Tanzania International MUN Conference, these six steps are;

1.  Filling the official TIMUN Application Form provided by the TIMUN organizing team.

2. Receiving Acceptance letter from the TIMUN organizing team. If your application passes all criteria for being a TIMUN conference participant, the organizing team will send you a confirmation letter to notify you of being accepted to continue to the next step.

3. Confirming your participation by fulfilling the requirement and documents needed on this step.

Usually this is the step when fundraising and/or sponsorship application, researches and necessary paper writing occur. After being informed of your acceptance as an applicant you are liable to start all proceedings in making sure that every requirement needed for your preparations is fulfilled before the next deadline reaches. 

4. Finalizing all fees before deadline.

 5. Making travel arrangements.

On this step applicants are required to make travel arrangements in collaboration with the TIMUN’s Logistic team. Frequent communication between participants and the TIMUN organizing team is highly encouraged at this stage.

6. Active participation and enjoying the experience.
